Refund and Revision Policy

Last updated: September 2026. Revision entitlement is stated in the selected package and applies to reasonable changes within the confirmed order scope.

Revision Window

Revision requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of draft delivery unless a different period was confirmed in writing.

What Counts as a Revision

Corrections, clarification and reasonable wording changes based on information supplied before drafting are revisions. A new target profession, destination country, document type or substantially new information may require a new quotation.

Refund Eligibility

A cancellation requested before work begins may be eligible for a refund after non-refundable transaction costs. Once research, writing or editing has started, any refund is assessed according to the uncompleted portion of the agreed work. Completed and approved work is not refundable merely because an employer did not respond.

Urgent Orders and Nonresponse

Urgent-order fees may be non-refundable after work begins. If a client does not respond, delivery records and the latest completed draft remain evidence of work performed.
